Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date are free of charge.

For cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival, a fee equivalent to one night’s stay will be applied. Please note that cancellation policies may vary depending on the specific rate conditions of your booking.

To complete the check-in registration, Russian citizens are required to present their original domestic passport, along with an original birth certificate for any accompanying children.

International guests must present their original passport with a valid Russian visa (if applicable) and a migration card with a valid entry stamp.

All room rates and hotel services are payable in Russian Rubles (RUB), either in cash or via payment cards issued by financial institutions registered within the Russian Federation. For your convenience, an ATM and a 24-hour currency exchange office are available on the hotel premises.

Smoking and the burning of incense are strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and indoor public areas.

• A smoking violation fee of 50,000 RUB applies to Park, City Park, and Park Deluxe rooms.
• For Park Suites and higher categories, the fee is 100,000 RUB.

Designated smoking areas are conveniently located near the hotel’s main entrance and on the 10th-floor terrace of the Conservatory Lounge & Bar.
