Festival Set Menu

26 September – 10 October | 2,490 rubles per person

When creating the festival set, Chef Andrey Nikitin used local products that are especially popular this time of the year. The emphasis was on classical pure tastes: tender scallops carpaccio to start your meal, braised veal cheeks for the main course, and traditional Russian medovik cake with berries and sorbet for a sweet touch in the end.
