Consent of the Subject to the Processing of Personal Data

I, hereinafter referred to as the Personal Data Subject, the User of the website https://araratparkhotel.ru/, having regard to Article 9 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006, acting of my own free will and in my own interest, hereby consciously provide my personal data and give my consent to Company InterRus-M AO, INN (Taxpayer Identification Number) 7703294332, address: 4 Neglinnaya Street, Moscow, 109012, Russia (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), to the processing of my personal data. I understand that ‘personal data’ means any information relating to me, as well as to other persons I (the User) legally represent (including minor children), under the following conditions:

  1. This consent is given for the processing of personal data with or without the use of automation tools.
  2. Consent is given to the processing of my following personal data:
  • surname, given name, patronymic (if any);
  • date of birth;
  • month of birth;
  • year of birth;
  • contact information (phone number, email address);
  • citizenship;
  • sex;
  • registration address;
  • length of stay (check-in date, check-out date, purpose of entry, room number);
  • accommodation conditions;
  • information about guests (surname, given name, patronymic; citizenship);
  • one of the authentication methods: VK ID, T-ID, SBER ID, Alfa ID.
  • cookie data (including user data: location information, operating system type and version, type and version of browser used, device type and screen resolution; source from which the User came to the website; from which website or from which advertisement; language of operating system and browser used; which pages the User opens and which buttons the User clicks; IP address).
  1. The purpose of processing personal data is to register on the Operator’s website, as well as to process and fulfill hotel room reservations, including the provision of additional services at the Operator’s hotel premises.
  2. The grounds for processing personal data are: consent to the processing of personal data; the Operator’s constituent documents; and a contract concluded between the Operator and the Personal Data Subject.
  3. For these purposes, the Operator may perform any legally permitted actions with my personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, and destruction.

I give my consent to the Operator to transfer (provide, access) the personal data specified in clause 2 to the following legal entity acting on behalf of the Operator: TravelLine Systems LLC, INN (Taxpayer Identification Number) 1215180595, OGRN (Primary State Registration Number) 1141215003214, legal address: 424031, Republic of Mari El, Yoshkar-Ola, 112 Komsomolskaya Street, for the purposes of automating business processes, centralized storage and management of the Operator’s data, as well as performing the following actions (operations) with such data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, access, blocking, deletion, destruction.

In addition, in order to improve the quality of services provided, I give my consent to the cross-border transfer of the following data: surname, given name, patronymic, email address, booking details, including loyalty program card data to the following service: Trust You.

  1. I hereby acknowledge and am notified by the Operator that the intended users of the personal data are the Operator’s employees, as well as persons engaged by the Operator under civil law contracts.
  2. I am aware that:

7.1. this Consent to the processing of my personal data remains valid until the purpose of such processing is achieved or until the consent is withdrawn.

7.2. in accordance with the provisions of Part 2 Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006, I reserve the right to withdraw this consent by sending such a withdrawal to the Operator at the email address: moscow.park@araratph.ru, or in writing to the address: 4 Neglinnaya Street, Moscow, 109012, Russia.

7.3. I have the right to access my personal data, request clarification (updating, modification) of my personal data, as well as deletion and destruction of my personal data if they are processed by the Operator in a way that violates my legal rights and interests, or the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.4. in the event of withdrawal of my Consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator is entitled to continue processing my personal data without consent if there are grounds specified in subparagraphs 2–11 Part 1 Article 6 and Part 2 Article 10 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006.

  1. I confirm that the personal data I have provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. I undertake to inform the Operator of any changes to this data by email at: moscow.park@araratph.ru, or in writing to the address: 4 Neglinnaya Street, Moscow, 109012, Russia.
  2. This Consent becomes effective upon its provision by checking the box on the Operator’s website.
  3. This Consent remains valid until the processing of personal data is terminated, in accordance with clause 7.1 of the Consent.
